Innov8 has recently completed an online presence upgrade for Mindmatters Ltd., an established Hong Kong Psychotherapy Practice founded by Dr Melanie Bryan, a Doctoral Level Clinical Psychologist and Expert Hynotherapist originally from New York.
With increasing competition from new practices being established in Hong Kong, an upgrade of the Mindmatters website was required, to be compatible with mobile devices, and optimised for the recently updated Google rules, aligned with Dr Bryan's Blog, Company Linkedin Page, and Google Ads.
Over a period of several months Innov8 worked with Dr Bryan to rewrite her website content, starting each page with a concise and accurate description of each of service offered, an attractive image to create a visual, at a glance reference point to catch the attention of visitors to the site, and a link to a related blog article that expanded on each topic, each page optimised for Google. A professional profile page was recreated and replicated to Dr Bryan's LinkedIn profile.
A gentle colour scheme was implemented to match the Mindmatters logo and convey and sense of serenity, and the site implemented on the popular Joomla CMS for manageability.
New articles, industry news and topical links are posted simultaneously to Dr Bryan's website, blog and LinkedIn page.
A new Google Adwords Campaign was designed, focussing on maintaining a presence on highly competitive keywords, and boosting click throughs from relevant but less competitive niche keywords, resulting in twice as many clicks for the existing budget, maintaining an average position of 1.x for the key ads.
With integrated Google Analytics, within the first month of launch traffic to the new site had doubled, with a well above average fifty percent+ click through to the blog articles.
This simple content and customer focussed approach has provided a solid online platform and professional online presence as key marketing tool for future growth of the practice, the total cost comparable to a single months advertising in prominent local expat sites and magazines.
